Seasonal Boutique Assistants
(Part-Time / Saturday Opportunities)

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Seasonal Boutique Assistants to join our team during our busiest time of the year, leading up to Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant boutique environment, offering exceptional customer service and supporting our day-to-day operations during the festive season. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities for the role to become permanent after Christmas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing personalised styling advice and a welcoming shopping experience
• Help maintain an organised and visually appealing shop floor, ensuring stock is replenished and displays are attractive
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash and card payments
• Assist with unpacking, pricing, and stocking new arrivals
• Support with gift-wrapping, packaging, and preparing online orders for dispatch
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the boutique during busy periods

Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A passion for fashion and an interest in styling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak shopping periods
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Availability:

• Part-time and Saturday shifts
• Must be available to work during the run-up to Christmas, including some weekends and potentially extended hours as required
